A neighborhood shopping center, rebuilt for the way we shop now
Retail Shop Plaza is a small online retailer based in downtown Reno. We run seven specialty stores side by side, so one visit and one bag covers the whole list.
How the plaza started
Most of us grew up with a strip of shops near home: a grocer, a pharmacy, a pet store, maybe a furniture showroom on the corner. You could park once and get everything done. Online shopping made that easier in some ways and harder in others, with a different site, a different cart and a different shipping charge for every errand.
Retail Shop Plaza puts those storefronts back together. Each department has its own suite, its own buyers' picks and its own little personality, but it all checks out together and ships from one desk on East 7th Street.
We keep the range focused at 161 products, so every item has been looked at by someone on the team and every description says plainly what it's good for.
Three things we won't compromise on
Honest prices
The price you see is the price you pay before tax. Markdowns are shown against the regular price, and there are no checkout fees.
