Dispatch
We dispatch most orders from Reno, Nevada within 1-2 business days after your payment link is paid. Orders paid after 2 PM Pacific on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched on the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays caused by weather, such as winter storms over the Sierra, are outside our control.
Frozen food
Frozen items are packed with ice packs in insulated boxes and ship Monday to Wednesday only, so they do not sit in a carrier depot over a weekend. Please put them in the freezer as soon as they arrive. If an item arrives thawed or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a refund or replacement.
Freight delivery
Sofas, mattresses, bathtubs, sinks, appliances, sheds and other large pieces ship by freight to the curb. The carrier will call or text to book a delivery window. Please inspect the packaging before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Freight and frozen items ship to the contiguous U.S. only. We don't currently ship internationally.
Our shipping promise
In line with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we can't ship within the time we stated, or within 30 days if no time was stated, we will tell you and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a prompt refund.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated for your delivery address and shown on your payment link. Nevada's statewide rate is 6.85%, and local rates apply on top; the combined rate in Washoe County is 8.265%.
