Where does my order ship from?
Orders are handled by our team at 214 E 7th St in downtown Reno and leave within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3-6 business days after that.
How does payment work?
Checkout sends us an order request. Within one business hour (Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 10-4 Pacific) we email a secure payment link with sales tax calculated for your address. Nothing is charged until you pay that link.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $65 or more after discounts, otherwise $6.75. Express is $15.45. eGift cards and software codes are emailed, so they never add shipping.
How do PLAZA10 and the Plaza Pick work?
PLAZA10 takes 10% off everything except eGift cards and the Plaza Pick. The Plaza Pick is one product at 10% off for a single day, changing at midnight Reno time.
Can I return something?
Most items can be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days. Perishable food, opened personal care and delivered eGift cards or codes are final sale. Large items need a freight pickup, so call us first.
How do frozen foods travel?
Frozen items are packed with ice packs in insulated boxes and only ship Monday to Wednesday, so they are never stuck in a depot over a weekend.
