Who we are
Retail Shop Plaza ("we", "us") operates retailshopplaza.com from 214 E 7th St, Reno, NV 89501, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It is our notice under Nevada law (NRS 603A.340).
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, shipping address, order details, gift recipient email and message, and anything you write to our help desk.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor through the secure payment link. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Device information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.
- Stored on your device: your shopping bag, saved items, recently viewed items and promo code are kept in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, until you place an order.
How we use it
- To process orders, send payment links, ship items and deliver eGift cards and codes.
- To answer questions and handle returns.
- To send The Plaza Bulletin if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe any time).
- To prevent fraud and comply with law.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, such as payment processors, carriers, freight partners, email services and eGift card issuers, and only as needed for those services. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information as defined in NRS 603A.333.
Your Nevada rights
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell covered information we have collected or will collect (NRS 603A.345). Although we do not sell covered information, you can still send a request to support@retailshopplaza.com with the subject "Nevada opt-out", and we will respond within 60 days. Nevada residents may also request access to or deletion of their information; we will respond within the time allowed by law.
Nevada's consumer health data law (NRS 603A.400 to 603A.550) protects information that identifies your health status. Purchasing supplements or personal care products may create such data. We use it only to fulfill your order and provide service, we don't sell it, and you may ask us to confirm, access or delete it by contacting us at the address above.
Email marketing
Our newsletter follows the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Security and breaches
We use reasonable security measures appropriate to the information we hold, as required by NRS 603A.210. If a breach of our system security exposes your personal information, we will notify you as required by NRS 603A.220.
Children
Our site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with COPPA. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, generally up to seven years, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
