Agreement
These terms govern your use of retailshopplaza.com and purchases from Retail Shop Plaza, 214 E 7th St, Reno, NV 89501, USA. By using the site or placing an order request you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout sends an order request; it is not a charge. A contract is formed when you pay the secure payment link we email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund any payment in full.
Prices and promotions
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added on the payment link. PLAZA10 gives 10% off eligible items and excludes eGift cards and the daily Plaza Pick. The Plaza Pick is 10% off one product for one day, ending at midnight Pacific time. Promotions can't be combined unless stated and have no cash value.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from photos. eGift cards and codes
eGift cards and software codes are issued by third parties and are subject to their terms. They are delivered by email to the address you provide and are final sale once delivered.

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to access it by automated means beyond normal browsing, or interfere with its security. Site content, logos and design belong to Retail Shop Plaza or its licensors.
Warranties and liability
Products carry any manufacturer warranties that come with them. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Nevada Deceptive Trade Practices Act (NRS Chapter 598) or other consumer law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be handled in the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in and for Washoe County, or the United States District Court for the District of Nevada in Reno, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
